& Returns
All of our products are
shipped free freight in the continental United States. The way your order
is going to be shipped depends on the destination, size, and quantities of
the ladders. Our sales managers have vast variety of methods to serve you
the most efficient way. Here are the general outlines:
Little Giant Ladder System
Model 13, Model 17, Little Giant Ladder Accessories (Work Platform, Leg
Leveler, Wall Stand-off) ordered without a ladder, Little Jumbo-Safety
Steps will be shipped the most efficient way either via UPS ground from
our closest warehouse (usually within 1 business day) or via FedEx ground
direct from manufacturer (usually within 1-4 business days).
Little Giant Ladder System
Model 22, Model 26, MXZ-Skyscrapers and Little Giant extension planks are
oversized items and tend to be very expensive to ship. Destinations where
we have physical presence (Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas
metropolitan areas) are generally serviced via Sunset Ladder delivery
trucks. Orders are delivered within 2-4 business days. Orders with other
destinations are commonly shipped FedEx ground direct from manufacturer
(UT) within 1-4 business days.

Ladder Depot discretion on the method of shipping.
NEW
"Rush shipping" option (10 business hours) is now available on
most itemes for additional charge. Rush orders received by PM 2:30 Pacific
time will be shipped out via customer selected method from one of our
warehouses the same business day. Customers are provided with tracking
information immediately after it's submitted to the UPS system.

All of our products are
shipped in corrugated boxes to help protect the contents during transit.
If the item appears to have obvious damage by FedEx, UPS or common carrier
you have the right to refuse the package. Also if a package looks
suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make
sure the content is not damaged. If you signed for damaged package or
someone else signed for it, you become responsible for filing the damage
claim with UPS or other carrier. If the item appears to be damaged
straight from the manufacturer, immediately contact us here
for return instructions.
All ladders, accessories, and
planks are shipped fully assembled, with the exception of the Wall
Standoff, which requires minimal assembly. Included with each ladder are
an owner's manual, which contains important information regarding the
proper usage of your ladder, instructional DVD, and a warranty card which
can be filled out and mailed in to activate the warranty. Each ladder has
been personally inspected at the factory to ensure the highest quality.
We also offer discounted
shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other destinations (usually
between $80 - $120 extra air freight to AK and HI) depending on the size
of ladder and the final destination. Contact us here
for more information on our discounted freight charges outside the
Continental US.
Even with shipping time, it
rarely takes more than 10 days or so to receive your order. In the event
of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail.
If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding
shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a return
authorization from Ladder Depot (except for Demo Ladders, Owner's manuals
and instructional DVDs purchased separately and special order items).
If not returned in resellable
condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged, depending on the
condition of the ladder. The condition of the ladder will be determined by
a representative of Ladder Depot upon receiving the ladder.

All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RA number
does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to
inspection.
All exchanged/returned
merchandise must be in original factory condition, including manual,
instructional DVD, warranty card (not filled-out) and all accessories (if
applicable). Please do not tape or write anything on the item(s)! We will
charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or
taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such
returns.
Pack the products into a
shipping box, and tape securely. Write the RA number issued by Customer
Service clearly on the shipping label.
Any merchandise returned to us
unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight
prepaid! Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No
goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
The credit amount for the
refund will be paid by check, or if the purchase was made by a credit
card, the credit card will be credited, less any freight charges.
