A “Factory Demo” is exactly the same product as the © Little Giant Ladder System advertised on TV. It is heavily discounted due to minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, scuffs, or dings.

Where do Little Giant demos come from?
Daily Little Giant ladders are featured at Fairs, Conventions, and Home Shows all across the country. New ladders, sales brochures as well as a display booth are all shipped to the event. After the demonstration of the amazing capabilities of the world greatest ladder systems they are getting shipped back to the factory, thoroughly inspected, cleaned and packed in the new boxes clearly labeled "Factory Demo".

Are these ladders safe to use? How bad are the flaws?
All "Factory Demo" Little Giant ladders are as safe and functional as a brand new ones. Every "Factory Demo" ladder is personally inspected at the factory by the trained personal and will work exactly the same as a new ladder. The flaws, when and if you can find them are merely cosmetic. Most of our customers are very pleased with condition of the Factory Demo Little Giant ladders they received, many of them reported that they could not even find the reason their ladder was sold as a Demo.

Is this a new style ladder with the wheels?
Periodically Wing Enterprises upgrade their model line. In 2006 Type 1A Little Giant Ladders acquired © Tip-n-Glide wheel system and upgraded © Triple-Locking Hinge. Naturally Factory Demo ladders fell behind for a couple of months lacking these new features, but this cycle is over.

How soon do you ship my ladder? Can I return it?
All Demo Little Giant ladders are subject to availability at the time you place the order. As of last week all the models were readily available. We promptly notify our customers when delay with their order may occur. Generally Model 26 Little Giant ladders tend to be out of stock more often than the smaller models. If you order is time sensitive we encourage you to contact us and get up to the minute inventory information.
Little Giant “Factory Demo” ladders carry a 5 year warranty and are returnable if they are defective in any way. However we do not allow returns due to cosmetic imperfections! Lastly, you should never accept any products from shipper that show freight damage.
